A good bathroom remodel solves real problems: a shower that’s too small, fixtures that leak, finishes that scream 1985, a vanity that doesn’t store anything. We handle the whole job: demo, plumbing, tile, vanity, paint, lighting.
What we do in a bathroom remodel
- Full tear-down and rebuild, or targeted upgrades.
- Custom tile showers, walk-ins, curbless showers, soaking tubs.
- New vanities, mirrors, and lighting.
- Heated floors, exhaust fans, low-flow fixtures.
- Layout changes: combining a half-bath and laundry, converting a tub-only bath to a walk-in shower, expanding into a closet or adjacent room.
Timeline and price
A standard hall bath usually runs 3–4 weeks of active work. A primary bath with a custom shower and significant layout changes is more like 5–7 weeks. Pricing in the Portland market typically lands between $20,000 for a clean refresh and $60,000+ for a full primary-bath rebuild with high-end tile and fixtures.
What we won’t do
We won’t cut corners on waterproofing. A shower built without a proper pan, vapor barrier, and slope to drain will fail within a few years, even if it looks fine on day one. We do it right the first time.
