Keyser Construction is a Portland, Oregon construction company owned and run by Brandan Keyser. We’ve been working on homes in the Portland metro area for more than 25 years.
What we do
We remodel kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. We build additions, ADUs, and in-law suites. We frame and finish new homes from the ground up. We design and build decks, covered patios, and outdoor living spaces. We even take on smaller handyman work for repeat clients.
Whatever the job, it gets the same attention: careful framing, clean job sites, and finish work we’d put in our own house.
How we work
Most projects start with a free, no-pressure estimate. Brandan comes out, walks the site with you, and asks a lot of questions. A few days later you get a written estimate that spells out the scope, the timeline, and what’s included.
When you decide to move forward, you work with the same small crew start to finish. No revolving subs, no surprise change orders dropped in your inbox. If something on site needs to change, we talk about it first.
What we care about
- Showing up. Crews start when we say they’re going to start.
- Clean sites. Tools put away, debris hauled out, floors covered.
- Honest pricing. If the estimate is X, the bill is X. If the scope changes, we get your sign-off first.
- Doing it right. If we can’t do it well, we’ll tell you so up front.
Licensed, bonded, insured
Keyser Construction is licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and carries general liability and workers’ comp coverage. Ask for our CCB number and a current certificate of insurance any time.
